At No Less Than Kings, each item is made to order. This means your product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:
Include the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not require the defective item to be returned.
No Less Than Kings is not responsible for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or incorrect sizing selection.
